At Holy Trinity Preschool, we provide a faith-centered, enriched environment that strives to take children as they come and challenge children’s developmental growth. We nurture their progress through child-centered experiences and quality opportunities that make play their work. We empower parents to become asset builders and life-long advocates for their children. We encourage professionalism and personal growth of our staff to accomplish our goals and make every day count.
Holy Trinity Preschool is accredited by NAEYC’s National Academy of Early Childhood programs and licenced by the Colorado Dept. of Human Services.

I am thrilled to teach at Holy Trinity Preschool. I have a degree in Child Development and Family Relationships from CSU. I also have an ECE license through the state of Colorado. In my early teaching experiences, I taught in early childhood special education and infant programs. For the last 15 years, I have been teaching either Junior Kindergarten or Kindergarten. In my classroom I nurture community and cooperative learning, empowering children to see that they can foster their own success as well as the success of their peers.
My strengths lie in developing and nurturing one-on-one relationships with my students and facilitating learning opportunities that encourage them to take risks and challenge one another.
I have three children. My daughter Erin recently got married and is working on her masters in Public Health. Chris is in the Air Force and Sean is at CSU studying Environmental Health and Food Safety. I enjoy yoga, reading, gardening and hiking with my dog, Bella.
Hi! I am Shelly Gray and I am so excited to be a preschool teacher here at Holy Trinity Preschool. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in the spring of 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Certification in teaching Early Childhood Education. While I was in College I ran a 'Before and After' school program at Columbine Hills Elementary School and taught Preschool at the Goodson South Suburban Recreation Center. After graduating from Metro I worked as a Preschool teacher at the Auraria Campus Child Care Center. From there I moved to the Cherry Creek School District where I taught preschool at Walnut Hills Elementary School. I then had my beautiful daughter Carlee in June of 1998 and decided to be a stay at home mom. Her wonderful brother Ethan came along in July of 2001. I stayed home with my children until this past school year (2009-2010) when I took a job at Runyon Elementary school in Littleton as a Paraprofessional ( teachers aid ) for first and second grade. Now I am here at Holy Trinity and looking forward to being back in preschool where I feel my true calling is. I did also want to mention that I have been married to my terrific husband Troy for almost 15 years.

I find it such a privilege serve at Holy Trinity. I have a Bachelor's in Nutrition from CSU and an Early Childhood Education certificate. I have been teaching for a total of 8 years. I find the three year old classroom to be a great fit for me. The kids are eager to learn, but also ready to tell you everything they know. It keeps you on your toes and also can provide comic relief. I am honored to be part of such a great team that all have such passion for kids. I also have a wonderful husband and 3 boys at home.

Thank you for the opportunity to teach your children! It is such a privilege to be a part of these little one's growth. I began teaching in IL in 2nd grade, then 1st, then Kindergarten. After having my first boy, I began substitute teaching at a small church preschool and found such joy and excitement working with 3-5 year olds! When our family moved to CO in 2014, I taught 4 year olds at Primrose. In 2015, I found Holy Trinity Preschool and instantly knew I would love working in this smaller atmosphere. My older son, Paulie, attends Moody Elementary, while my younger son, Jimmy is in the Bumblebee classroom here at HTP. I've been married to my sweet husband, Paul, for 15 years. Our family loves hiking here in CO and mostly just that we don't freeze our noses off for 6 months of the year (like we did in IL).
