At Holy Trinity Preschool, we provide a faith-centered, enriched environment that strives to take children as they come and challenge children’s developmental growth. We nurture their progress through child-centered experiences and quality opportunities that make play their work. We empower parents to become asset builders and life-long advocates for their children. We encourage professionalism and personal growth of our staff to accomplish our goals and make every day count.
Holy Trinity Preschool is accredited by NAEYC’s National Academy of Early Childhood programs and licenced by the Colorado Dept. of Human Services.

Cathy is thrilled to be in her seventh year at Holy Trinity Preschool. Cathy’s education includes a degree in Child Development and Family Relationships from CSU, and an ECE license through the State of Colorado. She has taught in early childhood special education and infant programs, preschool and kindergarten. In her classroom she nurtures community and cooperative learning, empowering children to see that they can foster their own success as well as the success of their peers. She has a true knack for assessing and knowing a child’s capabilities, developing and nurturing one-on-one relationships and facilitating learning opportunities that encourage them to take risks and challenge one another.
Shelly has been teaching at Holy Trinity Preschool for eight years. She graduated from Metro State University in 1994 with a BS and teaching license in Early Childhood Education. While she was in college, she directed a Before and After school program at Columbine Hills Elementary School and taught preschool at the Goodson Recreation Center. She continued teaching in private and public schools settings throughout her career. She has continued her education with certificates in infant and toddler development, Pyramid Plus and various phonics programs. Shelly’s patience and thorough planning for each child is an extraordinary gift.

I find it such a privilege serve at Holy Trinity. I have a Bachelor's in Nutrition from CSU and an Early Childhood Education certificate. I have been teaching for a total of 8 years. I find the three year old classroom to be a great fit for me. The kids are eager to learn, but also ready to tell you everything they know. It keeps you on your toes and also can provide comic relief. I am honored to be part of such a great team that all have such passion for kids. I also have a wonderful husband and 3 boys at home.

Thank you for the opportunity to teach your children! It is such a privilege to be a part of these little one's growth. I began teaching in IL in 2nd grade, then 1st, then Kindergarten. After having my first boy, I began substitute teaching at a small church preschool and found such joy and excitement working with 3-5 year olds! When our family moved to CO in 2014, I taught 4 year olds at Primrose. In 2015, I found Holy Trinity Preschool and instantly knew I would love working in this smaller atmosphere. My older son, Paulie, attends Moody Elementary, while my younger son, Jimmy is in the Bumblebee classroom here at HTP. I've been married to my sweet husband, Paul, for 15 years. Our family loves hiking here in CO and mostly just that we don't freeze our noses off for 6 months of the year (like we did in IL).
